Please ensure that your travel plans are made accordingly, and flights are booked in advance to avoid any last-minute inconveniences.

Cancellation Policy

Please complete and return your delegate registration form BEFORE 1 April 2024 to

If maximum capacity is reached BEFORE the deadline date above, registration will close at that point and the above date become null and void.
Should there still be space available, a LATE registration fee will take effect from 5 April 2024.

Once you have downloaded and completed your registration form, please send it to: lorraine@mpo.co.za.
An invoice will be issued for payment. Registration will only be valid AFTER receipt of payment.

• NO cancellations will be accepted after 31 March 2024.

• There will be NO refunds for cancellations or non-attendance.

Insurance

Participants shall be regarded as carrying their own risk for personal injury or loss of property, including baggage, during the conference. We strongly recommend that, at the time of booking your travel, you take out travel insurance policy of your choice. The organisers are in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance.

Every effort is made to ensure that the contents of this registration brochure are correct. The organisers retain the right to make changes where necessary. The South African Large Herds and the conference managers will not accept liability for any damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss or damage to their personal property for the duration of the conference.

Condition of Entry

EIt is a condition of entry that no delegate may disrupt the order of events or intent of the programme. Anyone considered to be disturbing the programme intent will be asked to leave. Only pamphlets and brochures approved by the event organisers may be distributed.
