Philippe Jachnik has been the International Affairs Counselor for CNIEL (National Interprofessional Centre for the Dairy Economy) since 1st January 2007.
Previously he was in charge of Professional and International Relations for ATLA (French Dairy Processors' Association) for 12 years and Deputy Director of the FNCL (National Federation of Dairy Cooperatives) for 10 years.
He began his career in the dairy sector at the post of Secretary of ASSILEC, which has since become EDA (European Dairy Association), from 1980 to 1984.
Philippe Jachnik was President of IDF (International Dairy Federation) from 2000 to 2004. He has been a member of its Board since 2007.
Philippe holds an MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau) and graduated from the College of Europe (Bruges), the International Graduate School (Stockholm) and Sciences Po (Strasbourg).
